CueBoom’s software may include the opportunity to disable certain software features to increaseyour level of privacy. However, certain technical information (e.g., zip code) may beautomatically transmitted between networked servers to authenticate access to the CueBoomServices, enable their delivery, or optimize your CueBoom experience. From time to time wemay conduct surveys to better understand how to improve the features of this service.

When and how does CueBoom share your information with third parties

CueBoom may disclose your Information to its partners and licensors to the extent suchdisclosure is required for the Purposes. CueBoom may use third parties to facilitate its business, such as payment processors, hosting services providers, contractors for sending out e-mailupdates about CueBoom and the CueBoom Services or for providing customer support services.In connection with these business operations, CueBoom’s contractors and service providers mayhave access to your Information collected by CueBoom for use for a limited time in connectionwith these business activities. Where CueBoom utilizes third parties for the processing of anyInformation, CueBoom implements reasonable contractual and technical protections in order forsuch third parties to keep all Information they process strictly confidential. CueBoom Messages

CueBoom reserves the right to send you newsletters regarding CueBoom news and offersthrough your email address. If you have consented to receive such information, CueBoom maysend CueBoom Messages to you about the CueBoom Services, and/or about products and/orservices of its partners and licensors. You may opt-out of receiving CueBoom Messages at anytime as set forth in the Section “Contact CueBoom about Privacy”. However, CueBoom maycontinue to send you CueBoom Messages to inform you about available upgrades or criticaltechnical service issues relating to a CueBoom Service that you requested or purchased, or toprovide you with important information on your account.

Security of information

CueBoom will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss,misuse or alteration. CueBoom uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulations to protect your information. Cueboom also uses the information youhave provided to verify your account and to promote safety and security by investigatingsuspicious activity or violations to our terms of service. CueBoom stores certain Information using “cookies” and/or authentication tokens. A cookie oran authentication token is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer or other Internet-connected devices tied to information about the user. CueBoom uses cookies- a small text filecontaining a string of alphanumeric characters –to provide you with a tailored experience whenvisiting and using the CueBoom Services that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us helpyou log in faster and enhance your navigation through the our sites. CueBoom also uses cookiesto understand traffic patterns on the CueBoom Services, to authorize access to certain premiumor trial content and product features, to target advertising and/or to push notifications. CueBoomuses authentication tokens to automatically authenticate users of certain of the CueBoomServices. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your harddrive after you close your browser.
